					Absolutely excellent Sunday lunch after a long walk with the dogs.
We've been here several times now, and the staff are extremely pleasant and efficient. We had the roast pork and... read more fish and chips, and sadly had to say no to Wonderful selection of puddings as we had eaten more than our fill.
Thank you, everyone, and we'll be back (and no doubt get lost on our walk yet again!)

					I was kindly directed to this pub after getting a bit ahead of myself on a long walk, and finding myself somewhat stranded with no battery or means to get... read more home, with daylight rapidly fading and over 3 hours travel ahead! All the staff were super kind, and went out of their way to help me out.

Thank you to Thelma ( I hope I got that right) who kindly charged my phone for me, and also to Nicholas (a local, brother of the man who directed me to the pub!) who was a proper gentleman - and went out of his way to give me a lift to Liphook so I could find my way home. When Nick was ready to head off - I completely forgot to pay for the half-pint I was generously served  by another staff member whilst my phone charged! (I was mortified when I realised this on my train home! Please let me know acct details for me to pay for my drink!)

Truly thank you all so much for your help last weekend, I was very flustered and absolutely knackered - and you guys really saved me. I left the place thinking - what a lovely pub, and what nice people there are in Milland. Wholeheartedly recommend, and I'll definitely be back one day (though I'll try not to swing my backpack and smash any more wine glasses!)

					Lovely relaxed lunch with my son. Friendly staff and excellent service. Good food that came promptly. Returned back the next day for a drink with friends.

We ordered from the £20 lunchtime... read more menu, you get a choice of 2 items and a soft drink. We all really enjoyed our food and had a great time. Will be visiting again soon.

					  Fantastic pub in every way. Brilliant menu (see photo), lovely staff, log fires, old fashioned comfort. Nice outdoor terrace catches the sun (could maybe do with some trees in tubs... read more to shield from road and car park)

					  We booked online for 29th December at 2.30pm. The place was very busy, large group tables, obviously precooked. 

Only 3 staff working in the bar and restaurant. They need... read more to be congratulated. Were run off their feet but remained polite and friendly and helpful. What a great front for your pub.

The food was excellent. But honestly management needs to address its rostering, especially at busy times. 

You will lose valuable staff and customers good will working on such tight staffing. Not good enough. Not your staffs fault. 

Great pub. Don't let it decline.

Belly pork was delicious! Absolutely stuffed.

So nice that it was busy and the atmosphere was happy.
